PARTS –

Can I order an exhaust in all black?
No.  Unfortunately we do not offer an all black exhaust except for the Up Yours Performance exhaust, BMF Performance exhaust Indian Race Tech Series and Indian Peace Performance exhaust.  We experienced a large amount of paint chipping & scratching with the black so we discontinued this option. Once you have purchased your exhaust and you receive it, you can have it stripped and then coat it any color you prefer.

Can I order an exhaust in raw?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer an exhaust in its raw form. Once you have purchased your exhaust and you receive it, you can have it stripped and then coat it any color you prefer.

Can you make me a custom exhaust?
No. Unfortunately we do not make one off custom parts for customers. We only see what we sell on our website.

Can I get a pre-set map for my exhaust?
No. We do not have a custom pre-set map for our exhaust. Each bike is different and your location will vary to ours where we dynode. We strongly suggest you have a professional dyno your bike to receive the best results. If you would still like a pre-set map, please contact Trask Performance for more details.

Can I order handlebars in raw?
No. Unfortunately we do not offer our handlebars in raw. Once you have purchased your exhaust and you receive it, you can have it stripped and then coat it any color you prefer.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. But you will be assessed a surcharge fee, we recommend you place your order online to avoid the fee and to take advantage of the cheaper online part and shipping price. 

Why cant I order an exhaust if I am in California?
Unfortunately Californian laws and restrictions do not allow our exhaust to be sold in California state or resident.

Can I order a painted part?
No. Our parts will come in raw form for you to mock up the part to your bike to ensure proper fitment. Once mock up stage is complete, you can send it to your local painter.

Does the Indian Race Tech Series Scout exhaust fit the Victory Octane?
Yes. We have not tested this exhaust to fit the Victory Octane. The exhaust was specifically designed to fit and function the Indian Scout but we have had customers install it on the Victory Octane.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or missing item you must report your claim to the warehouse department within 24 hours of receiving to get a return goods authorization (RMA). Any claims made after 24 hours will not be honored. No products may be returned or refused without proper authorization. If product is returned or refused without proper authorization no refund for product will be given, and any shipping and handling fees will still be charged. Although all Dirty Bird Concepts sales are final, if a return is authorized by John Shope, owner of Dirty Bird Concepts, all refunds other than warranty items will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If product is damaged in shipping it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping company.

Will you be making a Victory line of products?
No. We are only focused on making Harley Davidson and Indian motorcycle parts.

 

 

SHIPPING –

What are my shipping options?
UPS – Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day & Ground.  Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3-7 business days for delivery. Excluding holidays.

If I select Next Day Shipping, will I get my package tomorrow?
Yes, all orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped for next business day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be in queue for the following business day’s delivery.  Orders place after 2:00 PM on Friday will be delivered by end of business day on Tuesday.  Example:  If you place your order on Thursday at 1:00 PM, you will receive your package by end of day on Friday.  If you place your order after 2:00 PM on Thursday, you will receive your order on Tuesday by end of business day.  This pertains to Next Day selection only. Excludes holidays.

How can I find out my shipping price?
Just before the point of check out, you will receive options on shipping prices.

What if I received a damage product?
We do try our best to ship our products with extra care and packaging. If you believe you have received a damage product due to shipping, please contact UPS with your tracking number to file a claim. UPS will then contact us so we can further assist you.

Do you drop ship?
For retail customers we do not drop ship, we must ship to your billing address for your security and fraud security. Dealers can have their items drop shipped to their business but not directly to customers. If you have a P.O. Box please provide us your physical address so we can ship your item.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship the following business day from the day you placed your order with UPS. If you placed your order before our cut off time of 2:00 PM your order should be shipped the next business day. Excluding holidays.

How will I know when my order gets shipped?
You will receive a tracking number from UPS, please be sure when placing your order you provide us with an active and correct email so you can receive correct updates.
