Warranty

Most Level 1 parts install with a quick fitments and little to no adjustment. Some Level 1 parts require other parts of the motorcycle to be removed prior to installation.

Level 2 parts are considered more difficult to install than Level 1. Most Level 2 parts will require adjustments prior to installation including but, not limited to, fitment, sizing, drilling, sanding, hard electrical wiring, and trimming. Most Level 2 parts require other parts of the motorcycle to be removed prior to installation.

All products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of the original invoice. This does not cover finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration, scratches or rust. The all black Up Yours Performance Exhaust, BMF Performance Exhaust and Peace Pipe Performance Exhaust is a show product only and is very susceptible to scratching. Discoloration is not a warrant-able item and is a result of improper fuel calibration. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, which may be proven defective under normal use. Dirty Bird Concepts will not warranty any product that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified. Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warrantied only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original retail purchaser.

John Shope’s Dirty Bird Concepts and its partners assume no responsibility for the misuse of any product that we manufacture or represent. You and only you can determine the suitability of any product that you choose. By purchasing and of our Ass End kits you assume all risks and liabilities involved with your choice of modifying your motorcycle and agree to hold harmless John Shope’s Dirty Bird Concepts, partners, and it’s employees, officers or affiliates from any injury or incidents that may occur to you, your passengers, your vehicle or anyone that may be involved with any situation that may arise as a result of modifying your motorcycle.

All John Shope’s Dirty Bird Concepts products are for show or off road use only. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all of products purchased. Purchaser understands and recognizes that off road, customizing and racing equipment and services provided by manufactured and or sold by Dirty Bird Concepts are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold or manufactured for a particular application is the purchaser’s decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of manufactured and or distributor regarding suitability of any product or service. Manufacturer and distributor make no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers with regard to off road, customizing and racing equipment. The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on product without incurring any obligations to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnity and hold seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from manufacturer and or distributor. All parts are aftermarket replacement parts. No implication is made that these parts are the original OEM manufacturers, are from the original suppliers, or are approved by them.
